Hallo,

das hier habe ich gefunden:

Zitat:
Folgende Lösung ist im Incredi-Forum des Herstellers genannt:

I actually use IE, Firefox and Opera. Until a few days ago, everything worked great in Incredimail 2. However, without any warning, I could not longer cut, copy or paste messages in or from Incredimail. I read the forums and saw that others were experiencing the same problem. I completely uninstalled Incredimail, making sure all registry items, files etc. were deleted. Then, I tried to reinstall. Incredimail 2 would not reinstall. I went to another site, downloaded an older version, installed it then upgraded to 2 without any problems. Still no luck..I still could not cut, copy or paste. Next, I started to isolate the problem. I knew there was an ActiveX error brought forward but I had ActiveX installed and taken care of. Or so I thought! I then remembered that I had allowed an Adobe update a few days earlier. So I went to look at the registry again. If you are having this problem, do this: Type "regedit" in your Search or Start box. When you open the registry click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER --> Software --> Microsoft --> Windows --> Current Version --> Internet Settings --> Zones. When you get to Zones, you should see 6 sub-menus.. a funny looking "L", 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4. DELETE the L. Reboot your computer, PROBLEM SOLVED. Hope this helps.baccarat

Du könntest aber vorher das probieren:
STRG + C für Kopieren und mit STRG + V für Einfügen
